Originating from the UK, DJ Hatcha is one of the pioneers of the dubstep scene. He made himself known in 2003 by mixing “Dubstep Allstars Vol: 1”, the first compilation of its genre and revealing numerous artists like Benga and Skream to the public. On the decks at festivals or on his cult radio show on Kiss 100, DJ Hatcha offers up avant-garde music with an urban atmosphere and renews the Dubstep genre with a dark, minimalist and staccato approach. Today, his new compilation, “100% Pure Dubstep” is already considered to be part of the historic inventory of the genre.
